The result is a surplus of professionals who may not be optimally employable in the real world. An esteemed alumni of NIT-R and XIMB, Mr. Pattnaik brings to the table years of valuable corporate experience. Having worked in the corporate sector until 2017, he made the bold decision to shift his focus to the education industry in Odisha. Since then, he has been on a mission to help Odia students make their mark on the global stage. His students from Odisha have made it to IITs, IIMs, ISB, Ivy Leagues, top global MBA programs, and also into top companies like McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Trafigura, Navi, and more.

With a distinguished academic background, including being a commerce Gold Medalist from Utkal University and an MBA from IIM Raipur, Mr. Agarwal brings a fresh perspective to the team. He has over three years of experience in BFSI and Technology Consulting industries. His passion to help students design their own career path, his curiosity for unending learning and his clarity of thought makes him an inalienable asset in the journey of helping students from Odisha spread their wings far and wide.
